Bird’s Eye View of the Rental Market

The rental market is going to the birds. Just ask my neighbors, who are experiencing empty nest syndrome and have decided to fly off to parts unknown. They have a sweet cottage rental and are looking for new tenants while they’re away. The ideal occupants must be willing to branch out and spread their wings. Cheap cheap rent.

Only birdbrains need apply.

I am a rather obscure 14th C. poet, whose work has been translated into over thirty dialects of gibberish. I now spend my days translating from the gibberish into English and back again, as need be.

  1. A charming blog! With the rents sky high in the Bay area, this perch in the trees may not be out of reach for those aspiring to heights. A home with a view is most desirable. Let your readers know when you spot the newcomers to the neighborhood–references required? Deposit of worms or bugs?
