  1. I need to review the list of commands several times. It’s hard to go on to other options while remembering the previous ones in order to make a true choice. It will be helpful to have the text in front of me at all times. At least, having 9 means that I can keep track with my fingers. What if the list had gone into double digits? No recording for quality control purposes?

  2. I just got off the phone with Telus–that’s my telephone/tv/cable carrier. It, too had a menu and if you hesitated in making a choice, it will disconnect and tell you it is going to run through the menu again. I wanted you to know, I like your choices better but you should have another option–that if the right choices are made from beginning to end, then a bag of dark chocolates will be credited to your account. . .;)
