True Story

Last night I emailed my mother about a new kind of packaged turkey breast I had bought. It’s organic with simple ingredients: turkey. The brand name is True Story.

Today I was biking and along my path was a wild turkey.

I wondered if it had been reading my email.

    1. About two years ago while heading to church, I saw quite a few wild turkeys about twenty feet off the side of the road for the first time ever. They were displaying and it was awesome. I wanted to stop, but Rob was expected to be there on time. Alas…
However, now I always check for them when we drive by just in case. ~nan

  1. Oooops–Is it time to switch to veggie burgers? Or do veggies have souls? I can imagine a wild turkey posting a sign on the path with a human’s picture crossed with a diagonal red slash. Enjoy your turkey sandwich on days when you’re not on the trail.
