Presto: Pesto

The last few weeks I’ve been making pesto with organic basil and garlic from the farmers market. It’s so easy. I wash off the basil, pluck the leaves, put them in the blender, add five cloves minced garlic, a handful of pecorino romano, and enough olive oil to cover everything. I press the highest speed and voilà! My pesto tastes the besto.


I am a rather obscure 14th C. poet, whose work has been translated into over thirty dialects of gibberish. I now spend my days translating from the gibberish into English and back again, as need be.
