Math Problem

If only I had stuck to my usual plan of buying organic beans in bulk. But at the supermarket a new item caught my eye. Pre-cooked cannellini in olive oil, organic, imported from Italy. The container looked enticing.

Not until I purchased it, did I notice the fine print: 75% organic. I did the math. That meant 25% was not organic. But was it the top layer? Or the bottom layer? Perhaps the middle layer or one of the sides?

If anyone knows how to solve this math problem, please let me know. I will reward you with some cannellini.
