Yesterday I walked through campus and when I encountered a table with the sign, “Womxn In Mathematics,” I decided to approach.
“Do you know what is significant about today’s date?” I asked.
The two young women said no.
“Today is 2/8/22. There are 3 twos and if you cube them, you get 8.”
They squealed with delight.
Guess I made their day.
Or their date.
