Constructive Dreaming

A year ago, I attended a concert on the Summer Solstice, and someone I knew told me that her son was headed off to college. I’ve thought about him since then, wondering what he was studying. Sometime in the past six months, I dreamed he told me, “I am in the School of Architecture.” Last week I returned to the Summer Solstice concert and the first person I saw was the woman I knew. She said her son was home from his first year of college. I asked what he was interested in and she replied, “Architecture.”

I am a rather obscure 14th C. poet, whose work has been translated into over thirty dialects of gibberish. I now spend my days translating from the gibberish into English and back again, as need be.
